Azerbaijani Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova said the country organized the parliamentary elections in compliance with all rules. "I hope there will not be a violation of the law in these elections," Suleymanova told journalists at the Prison for women No.4. "Because, in 2010 there were held more trainings on the holding of the elections in the country than in last year." Suleymanova said she observed the voting process at the Prison and the process was completed at 11:00 here. Twelve young people and 324 women, who had the right to vote, have participated in the elections. Suleymanova also noted that she has not observed any violation of the law during the monitoring of the voting process at the polling stations in the Sabail, Yasamal and Khatai districts of Baku. Azerbaijan has today launched the parliamentary elections at 08:00 local time. The Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) reported that 690 candidates will struggle in the elections. The CEC will provide the information about the voting at 12:00, 15:00, 17:00 and 19:00. TREND
