To lead the OSCE short-term observers to these elections and to deliver the post-election statement on behalf of the OSCE, the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Kazakhstan’s Secretary of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kanat Saudabayev, has appointed a member of the Assembly as OSCE Special Co-ordinator, press service of the OSCE PA told.
PA Vice President Wolfgang Grossruck has been appointed to this post. He should indicate his interest in participating in one or several missions by contacting the International Secretariat in Copenhagen and completing relevant registrations forms as soon as possible.
