Due to the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan executive power heads are instructed. "The heads of the executive bodies are instructed to create the conditions for use of seats designed for promotion, by all interested persons," the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Department Head Zeynal Nagdaliyev said today in a speech at the opening of the CEC training courses on improvement of district electoral commissions chairmen's skills. He said during the municipal elections violations of law were revealed in some polling stations, which caused the cancellation of election results in these electoral commissions. "The Azerbaijani President dismissed the Naftalan Executive Power head because of these offenses. In the parliamentary elections control will be even more rigid," Nagdaliyev added. Fewer violations have been revealed in the municipal elections in 2009 than in the previous elections, he said. According to Nagdaliyev, 62 polling stations will be moved and repair works will be held in 1076 polling stations by Sept.1. The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for early November. Trend
