The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan printed 30,000 memory books for the observers of the presidential elections, Head of CEC Press Service, Azer Sariyev, told TrendNews on 1 October.
Up to now, the CEC has registered more than 60 foreign and 700 local observers to observe presidential elections. The district election commissions registered more than 25,000 local observers.
Sariyev said that the books published in Azeri contain information concerning the principles of the activity of observers, their rights, undesirable actions. Observers can obtain booklets from the CEC and district election commissions.
