200 local observers have been registered at the Central Election Commission (CEC) for observing the October 15 presidential elections, CEC Press Service told APA. 16 observers represent the Young Patriots Union and others are independent observers.
District election commissions have also started registration of the observers. CEC said observers registered at the district commissions would monitor voting only in the polling stations of that district, but observers registered at CEC had right to observe voting process throughout the country. /APA/
