 Aliyev Fuad Agasi was born on April 4, 1970 in Baku. He graduated from Azerbaijan University of Languages. He worked at the komsomol committee of the former 26 Baku Commissars (present Sabail) region and at the housing-cooperative department of Baku city Executive Power from 1995. He joined the Liberal Party in 1997. He participated in the organization of the initiative group of Liberal Democratic Party in 1998. He was elected the deputy chairman at the Constituent conference held in 1999, and the chairman in February, 2001. |
