Aliyev Ilham Heydar was born on December 24, 1961 in Baku.
In 1967-1977 he studied at the secondary school in Baku.
In 1977 he entered Moscow State International Relations University.
After graduating from Moscow State International Relations University in 1982 he continued his education at the post-graduate course of the same university.
In 1985 he defended a thesis, and received the degree of Candidate of Historical Science.
In 1985-1990 he worked as a teacher at Moscow State International Relations University.
In 1991-1994 he worked in the sphere of private enterprise and headed several manufacture-trading enterprises.

He was born in 1965 in Ebregunus village of Julfa region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
He was graduated from the Law faculty of Baku State University in 1992 with the diploma of distinction.
He worked as the Inspector at the Office of Public Prosecutor of Nasimi region,
Assisstant of State Secretary,
Head teacher of Asia University,
and Secretary of Central Election Commission.

Hajiyev Hafiz Alamdar was born on April 16, 1956 in Zod village of Basarkecher region of Armenian SSR. He entered the secondary school of Zod village in the study year of 1962-63, finished that school in 1973 and and entered the faculty of Zooengineering of Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy and graduated from that Academy in 1979. He has been the Candidate of Biological sciences from 1988.
From 1979 to 1982 he worked as the head of the organizational department at the committee of Kalbajar region of Azerbaijanand as the second secretary of the regional committee and substituted the first secretary.

Alibeyli Gulamhuseyn Surkhay was born in 1958 in Kohna Alvadi village of Masalli region.
He finished secondary school with the gold medal, and graduated from the Law faculty of Baku State University with the diploma of distinction.
At present he is the head teacher of faculty of Law Constitution of the same University. He is the author of tens of articles and monographies regarding different spheres of Law science.

Igbal Agazadeh served in the Soviet Army in the years of 1986-1988.
He studied in the faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University in 1989-1994, and in the faculty Law of Kiev State University in 1992-1997.
He took part in the actions for the restoration of territorial integrity of the Azerbaijan Republic in Aghdere,Ter-Ter,Aghdam,Goranboy regions in 1992 as the commander of volunteers consisting of students. He is the veteran of Garabagh war.

Aliyev Fuad Agasi was born on April 4, 1970 in Baku.
He graduated from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
He worked at the komsomol committee of the former 26 Baku Commissars (present Sabail) region and at the housing-cooperative department of Baku city Executive Power from 1995.
He joined the Liberal Party in 1997.

Mustafayev Fazil Gazanfar was born on October 19, 1965 in Nakhchivan city. He graduated from the Law faculty of Azerbaijan State University. He is the Candidate of Philosophy. He is the author of 1 scientific work and tens of articles. He knows Russian language.
He worked as the advisor of the chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party from 1991, as the director of State-Law department of the Presidential Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1992-1993 and as the deputy chairman of APFP in 1998-2001.
He is the chairman of Great Formation Party.
