 At the moment, PACE Observation Mission headed by Pol Villi held observation in three polling stations in the 10th Binagadi Constituency No.3.as part of the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections. The mission has already been in the 31st, 34th and 33rd polling stations. Respectively 1,154, 1,042 and 996 voters have been registered in each polling station. Azerbaijan has today launched the parliamentary elections at 08:00 local time. The Azerbaijani Central Election Commissionn (CEC) reported that 690 candidates will struggle in the elections. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies. Previous parliamentary elections were held in November 2005. TREND |
