We have recently visited the polling stations, where five percent of voters participated in the voting, and we see that there is an active voter turnout, voters are now more active," Lebedev said.
According to him, more people will come to vote to polling stations by noon. "We asked the observers about complaints from voters, but so far no complaints have been reported. In general, a normal voting is in progress, and the people's mood is good," he said.
