Musavat Party has appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office and Supreme Court, Arif Hajili, Head of Musavat Executive Department told APA. The party appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office to hold meeting on May 4 and 18, but the Office did not allow it. Hajili stated that their appeal had not been considered by Sabail Court and Baku Appeals Court upheld the decision.
“We think to raise this issue in European Court of Human Rights,” he said.
Hajili added that they would appeal again, because Baku Mayor’s Office did not allow Opposition’s Cooperation Center to hold meetings on September 28 and October 18. /APA/
